The 27-year-old actress is widely reported to be dating Nate Naylor, a 38-year-old advertising executive based in New York.

A source told Us Weekly that the pair have actually been together for several months, but wanted to keep their developing relationship away from the spotlight.

"They have been able to keep it under wraps. They really wanted to keep it private," the insider explained.

In recent weeks, Johansson and Naylor have been spotted leaving the Hollywood star's apartment and dining together in Manhattan. According to another source speaking to the publication, they met through mutual friends.

The Girl with a Pearl Earring star, who can also be seen alongside Matt Damon in new movie We Bought a Zoo, divorced actor Ryan Reynolds after two years of marriage last year.
