Mark Owen confesses to extramarital affairs

Mark Owen has confessed that he has been indulging in a few extramarital affairs.

The Take That star, who married his long-term partner Emma last year, is known for his squeaky-clean image, but it appears as though all may not be quite as it seems.

He has confessed all to the Sun, blaming a battle with alcohol as the reason he had up to ten affairs after he started dating his wife five years ago.

While many of his infidelities were drunken one-night stands, Owen admitted that his relationship with accounts manager Neva Hanley continued for about five years.

He said that he decided to confess so that he could wipe the slate clean with Emma.

"She loved me - she still does love me - and I have let her down. That's the truth of it," the star stated.

The couple have two children together – three-year-old Elwood and Willow Rose, one.

Owen is just one in a line of celebs who have reportedly been cheating on their other halves recently, including Vernon Kay, Ashley Cole and golfing star Tiger Woods.
