Lewis Hamilton greeted by partner Nicole Scherzinger in LA

His life may be a whirlwind of training, Formula One races and important parties, but it seems as though Lewis Hamilton will not be looking for any elite dating opportunities at these events.

The sports star, 25, has recently rekindled his relationship with Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and if his recent comments are anything to go by, the pair are happier than ever.

Although he gave his father the boot as his manager last week, Hamilton said that he is "in the happiest place, just in my life".

"I feel fit, happy with the direction I'm taking, happy in my personal relationship," he explained, which may indicate that things are going better than ever with 31-year-old Scherzinger second time round.

She even travelled to LAX airport in the US to greet her man as he stepped off a flight from London and the pair looked lovingly into each other's eyes as they strolled through the terminal.

According to reports, Scherzinger recently told a shop assistant in Los Angeles that she hopes to be shopping for a wedding dress at some point this year.
