How do you take your relationship to the next level?

Posted on: February 25, 2013 16:33:46

How do you take your relationship to the next level? If you have enjoyed a successful run of dates and you feel ready to take the relationship a step further, then you might want to consider the setting when attempting to woo your loved one.

Before taking the plunge and asking your date to be your boyfriend or girlfriend, you need to take a moment to decide where and how you want to ask them, to ensure they will find it impossible to resist.

Taking your sweetheart back to the place where you first met could be a great way of letting them know how you really feel.

It not only allows you to be a little bit sentimental about the place that brought you together, but is also is a great way of letting your date know exactly how you feel about them and how much you have enjoyed spending time with them since you met there.

Of course, a more traditional romantic meeting place such as a swanky restaurant is always likely to impress if you met in a less conventional location. Don't be deterred by the fact you might be working on a limited budget, you can still pull out all the stops by making the effort to dress well and coming armed with a little gift for them.

If you're hoping to let them know how you really feel at your own home, then why not add a bit of mood lighting, some candles or even flowers to help set the scene.

Sticking on some ballads in the background can also help to soften the tone of the evening and could lead the way to a more amorous date.

According to a recent survey, Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You is the most romantic song ever recorded and could be a sure-fire way of getting those hearts racing.

Antonia Hurford-Jones from Sky Living HD, which commissioned the study, said music is the "food of love".

"When it comes to romancing your loved one, there is nothing more popular than a good classic love song," she added.

Other tunes which could help you both get in the mood include the Righteous Brothers' version of Unchained Melody, Angels by Robbie Williams and Celine Dion's The Power of Love.
