Anne Robinson 'will not marry again'

People who are looking into joining the world of senior dating are unlikely to come across Anne Robinson after she said she would not marry again.

The Weakest Link presenter has stated that she has no intention of getting married again as she has not been able to find anyone who can meet her expectations.

Having wed twice before, the broadcaster told Mark Lawson in a BBC Radio 4 interview that she does not think it is necessary for her to head down the aisle a third time.

The 66-year-old added: "It is quite hard at my age to find someone that punches at your weight.

"I am dating, but it is hard to find someone quick enough and funny enough."

While Robinson may have given up on her quest to find someone to wed, many other people in their 60s are giving over fifties dating a try, as inewsconnect.com noted that there is a growing trend for older people to date online.
